The article presents a project called Federalist, which allows for the creation of decentralized, peer-to-peer, and serverless websites using technologies such as WebTorrent, DMT, and Handshake decentralized domains. This project enables the creation of unblockable and mutable torrent sites, which can be updated without changing the DNS. The project uses a combination of these technologies to provide a decentralized and censorship-resistant platform for sharing information. The Federalist app can be used to browse and access these decentralized websites.
