NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has returned to full science operations after resolving an issue with lost synchronization messages. The team recovered the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph and is now operating with all four active instruments collecting science. The issue, which began on October 23, caused the science instruments to enter safe mode, but no further synchronization message issues have been detected since monitoring began on November 1. The team will continue to work on developing and testing changes to instrument software to prevent similar issues in the future.
